Shipping and return policies for Dyluvian

Shipping Info

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
We ship standard mails. Packages are sent each Thursday and are subject to an additional handling charge. Delivery is about 3-5 working days to Brazil, and about 20 working days to other countries. Please let us know if your package has not arrived within this period.

Moreover, since we do not have control of shipping once the package has been sent, please allow 2 weeks before tracking an order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS:

Unfortunately our website is limited and does not currently allow Priority Mail International as a shipping option for international orders. In general we ship all orders to International Countries via the Brazilian or US Post Offices because the UPS option is TOO expensive.

Please, be accurate on the shipping address so to avoid mistakes and devolutions. We do not reimburse for shipping mistakes resulting from wrong mail address info.

Delivery uses a non-priority mail service and takes about 20 working days to other countries. We are sorry for the delay but using priority mail would greatly increase the price, so please be patient. :)

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any physical product for whatever reason, please contact us at dyluvian@live.com to arrange a return and refund. As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
